Spanish striker Gonzalo Garcia opened scoring in the 44th minute. English midfielder Jude Bellingham also scored in the 80th minute.
Real Madrid have garnered 80 points so far and will finish La Liga in second place again.
Villarreal, in third-place, lost 2-3 to Sevilla in this matchday and have 69 points.
Real Oviedo are last, with 29 points, in the current standings and will be relegated from La Liga.
