Champions League: Player of the Week nominees announced

UEFA has announced the four nominees for the Player of the Week award following the first legs of the Champions League quarterfinals.

Accordingly, Bayern Munich's German goalkeeper Manuel Neuer, PSG's Georgian winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Arsenal's Spanish goalkeeper David Raya, and Atletico Madrid's Argentine striker Julian Alvarez are in the running for this award.

Neuer saved eight of nine shots on goal in the away game against Real Madrid, as Bayern won 2-1.
Raya kept a clean sheet and made five saves against Sporting Lisbon, as Arsenal won 1-0.
Alvarez scored in the away game against Barcelona, as Atletico won 2-0.
Kvaratskhelia scored in the home game against Liverpool, as PSG won 2-0.
