Last season’s runners-up Inter Milan were hosted by city rivals AC Milan and lost 0-1 in Matchweek 28 of Italy’s Serie A football.
Ecuadorian defender Pervis Estupinan scored the only goal in the 35th minute.
Former Armenian national team captain, midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan was in the starting lineup for Inter and was subbed off in the 59th minute. In the first half, he made a beautiful individual attack, but hit the goalkeeper.
Inter lead the current Serie A standings, with 67 points, while Milan are second, with 60 points.
