The French star is set to miss the decisive Champions League clash and at least two further matches due to a knee injury sustained during training.
Spanish vice-champion Real Madrid has announced the team's squad for the second leg of the Champions League knockout play-offs against Portugal's Benfica.
Real Madrid's French forward Kylian Mbappé was not included in the squad and will miss the game. The 27-year-old player ended training early due to discomfort in his knee. It was previously reported that he will miss at least three matches.
The match between Real Madrid and Benfica will take place at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid and will start at midnight Yerevan time.
