Last season’s Italian Serie A runners-up Inter Milan’s Romanian manager Cristian Chivu spoke about their upcoming second leg against Bodo/Glimt in the knockout phase playoffs of the UEFA Champions League.
In the first leg, the Milanese football club had lost 1-3 to the Norwegian team in Norway.
“We must go out on the pitch with faith in our strengths and a great desire to win. We must do our best, be cool-headed, and not get stressed out by the idea that we need 2-3 goals to advance to the next round. Inter can change the outcome of the confrontation against Bodo/Glimt. We must act with maximum confidence and intensity, show our best game, and remember that we are capable of changing any course. We will be ready for anything,” Chivu said, reports Tuttomercatoweb.
The second leg between Inter and Bodo/Glimt in the knockout phase playoffs of the Champions League will be played on Tuesday in Milan and will kick off at midnight Wednesday, Armenia time.
