Anahit Aroyan (Armenia) has won the WBA Intercontinental title and defended her WBC Continental champion’s belt at the professional boxing night event held in Dubai.
In the bantam division, the 26-year-old boxer defeated Maria Theresa Pinili (Philippines) 7–3 by unanimous decision.
Aroyan has a professional boxing record of 16 wins and 4 losses.
Anahit Aroyan had won the WBC Continental championship belt on September 21 in Dubai, where she had defeated Stumai Muki Paulo (Tanzania).
