Conference League: Noah Avoids Defeat

Armenian champions and cup winners FC Noah from Yerevan hosted Romanian side Universitatea Craiova in the second round of the Conference League. The match ended in a 1–1 draw (video).

The team led by Croatian coach Sandro Perković went into halftime trailing 0–1.

In the 38th minute, American forward Manday Etim scored, assisted by Georgian midfielder Anzor Mekvabishvili.

In the 73rd minute, the Armenian team’s Bosnian forward Nardin Mulahuseynovic scored the equalizer.

Noah is now 10th with 4 points.
