World No.2 Carlos Alcaraz (Spain) won his first Cincinnati Masters title.
In the final of the men’s singles competition, world No.1 Jannik Sinner (Italy) retired, while being 5-0 down in the first set, as he felt unwell.
The match lasted just 23 minutes. Alcaraz, 22, won the 22nd title of his professional tennis career.
