Premier League: Man City win, Marmoush scores super goal, De Bruyne bids farewell, Rodri returns to pitch (PHOTOS)

Manchester City hosted Bournemouth and won 3-1 in the penultimate matchweek of English Premier League football.

Egyptian striker Omar Marmoush scored a super goal. Portuguese midfielder Bernardo Silva and Spanish midfielder Nico Gonzalez also netted goals for the hosts.

Also, Belgian midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, who played his last home match at the Manchester club's stadium, bid farewell to the club fans.

And in the 82nd minute, Norwegian striker Erling Haaland was replaced by Spanish midfielder Rodri. The Ballon d'Or winner returned to the pitch for the first time since the serious knee injury he had suffered in September last year.

Man City are third, with 68 points, while Bournemouth are eleventh, with 53 points, in the current Premier League standings.

In the other match of the day, the new English FA Cup (Football Association Challenge Cup) winners, Crystal Palace, played against Wolverhampton Wanderers and won 4-2 in London. English striker Eddie Nketiah netted a brace for the hosts. English defender Ben Chilwell and English midfielder Eberechi Eze also scored. Crystal Palace are twelfth, with 52 points, while Wolverhampton have 41 points and are fourteenth.
