Spain defender Nacho Fernandez spoke about the upcoming confrontation with the vice-world champion France. The teams will meet in the semifinals of Euro 2024.
"France is a very physically strong team with very high level players.
In this tournament they show more of a defensive game, but France is a team capable of cornering their opponents for long periods of time.
We intend to take the initiative as we did in previous matches," Nacho was quoted as saying by Marca.
The match between Spain and France will be held on July 9 and will start at 23:00 Yerevan time.
