Playoff participants are known in the National Basketball Association (NBA).

The respective pairings are as follows:

Eastern Conference

Boston Celtics vs. Play-in tournament 2 winner

New York Knicks vs. Play-in tournament 1 winner

Milwaukee Bucks vs. Indiana Pacers

Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Orlando Magic

Western Conference

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Play-in tournament 2 winner

Denver Nuggets vs. Play-in tournament 1 winner

Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Phoenix Suns

Los Angeles Clippers vs. Dallas Mavericks

The last places in the playoffs in the East will be contested by Philadelphia Seventy Sixers vs. Miami Heat and Chicago Bulls vs. Atlanta Hawks.

The last places in the playoffs in the West will be vied for by New Orleans Pelicans vs. Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors vs. Sacramento Kings.

The play-in tournament matches will take place between Wednesday and Saturday.
