Djokovic: Whether Sinner will become first racket is question of weeks

World number one Serbian Novak Djokovic has no doubt that Italian Jannik Sinner will top the Professional Tennis Players' Association ranking table. Sinner is now second.

"That Sinner will become the number one is a matter of weeks. I'm not going to play many tournaments this year and think about ranking points.

My priority is Roland Garros, Wimbledon, the Olympics and the US Open," La Repubblica quoted Djokovic as saying.

Djokovic and Sinner will take part in the Masters tournament, which is currently underway in Monte Carlo and will conclude on 14 April.
