Roma hosted Cagliari and won 4-0 in the 23rd round of the Italian Serie A.
The Roman club achieved their third consecutive win under the leadership of new manager Daniele De Rossi, and are fifth, with 38 points, in the current Serie A standings. Cagliari are eighteenth, with 18 points.
In the next round, Roma will play host to current Serie A leaders Inter Milan on Saturday.
