The pairs event champion and the other medal winners have been determined at the 2023 World Figure Skating Championships being held in Saitama, Japan.
As a result of two programs, Japanese duo Miura Riku/Kihara Ryuichi won the title of world champion in this event.
Japan won the world pairs title for the first time in history.
The Alexa Knierim/Brandon Frazier (USA) duo came in second, and the Sara Conti/Niccolo Macii (Italy) duo placed third.
