ATP announces new world rankings, Alcaraz is again 1st

The Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) has publicized its latest world rankings.

Accordingly, thanks to winning the Indian Wells Masters title, Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz, 19, has returned to World No. 1 in Men’s Singles rankings.

He has left behind 22-time Grand Slam winner Novak Djokovic (Serbian), who could not travel to the US and play in the Indian Wells Masters due to not being vaccinated against the coronavirus.

Muscovite Armenian tennis star Karen Khachanov (Russia) is 16th in this ranking.
