Chelsea will sell their midfielders Jorginho (Italy) and N'Golo Kante (France), reports SkySports.
Jorginho, 31, will continue his professional football career at Arsenal. The respective deal is expected on Tuesday, the last day of the winter transfer window.
And Liverpool want to get Kante, 31. His current contract with Chelsea runs until the end of this season, and there were no negotiations regarding a new contract.
