Novak Djokovic, a 21-time Grand Slam champion, reached the 1/16 finals of the Australian Open. He won his 23rd consecutive victory at the tournament.
The world No. 5 player competed against the world No. 191, Frenchman Enzo Couacaud and won in four sets, 6-1, 6-7 (7-5), 6-2, 6-0. The fight lasted two hours and 55 minutes.
His next opponent will be Bulgarian tennis player Grigor Dimitrov, who defeated Serbia's Laslo Djere 6-3, 6-2, 6-0.
The prize fund of the Australian Open is $51.3 million.
