Modeste M'Bami, former PSG and Cameroon midfielder, has died at the age of 40 due to a heart attack, according to the Paris club's press office.
PSG has expressed its condolences to the family of Modeste M'Bami.
Modeste M'Bami played for PSG from 2003-2006, winning the French Cup twice (2004, 2006). In the national team of Cameroon he played 37 games and scored 3 goals. In 2000 he became an Olympic champion in the national team of Cameroon.
Modeste M'Bami finished his soccer career at the age of 35 and was a coach of youth teams.
