Reigning FIFA World Cup champions France and Real Madrid forward Karim Benzema is unhappy with the attitude of the manager of the French national team, Didier Deschamps, and therefore has no intention of going to Doha—with French President Emmanuel Macron—to watch the 2022 World Cup final, reports Libertad Digital.
In the final of the 2022 World Cup, France will face Copa America titleholders Argentina.
Benzema, who is this year's Ballon d’Or winner, missed all of France's 2022 World Cup matches in Qatar due to a thigh muscle injury, but is still on France's squad list in this competition, and therefore will receive a 2022 World Cup medal.
The 2022 World Cup final between Argentina and France will be played Sunday, and it will kick off at 7pm Armenia time.
