Ibrahimovic: Messi will lift 2022 World Cup trophy

The veteran Swedish forward of Inter Milan, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, is confident that Argentina will win the 2022 World Cup title.

"I think it's already written who is going to win," Ibrahimovic told reporters ahead of the World Cup final between Argentina and France, Marca wrote. 

"You know who I mean..." Ibra tried to hint. 

He then decided to speak clearly: "I think Messi will lift the [2022 World Cup] trophy, it's already written."

The Swedish striker believes that Messi's triumph with Argentina is "inevitable."

Messi, the 35-year-old star forward of Copa America titleholders Argentina and of PSG, had announced that he is playing in a World Cup for the last time.

The 2022 World Cup final between Argentina and France will be played Sunday and will kick off at 7pm Armenia time.
