World Cup 2022: Dutch national team bid

Dutch head coach Louis van Gaal announced the final squad for the World Cup in Qatar. 

Goalkeepers: Justin Bijlow (Feyenoord), Andries Noppert (Heerenveen), Remko Pasveer (Ajax).

Defenders: Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool), Nathan Ake (Manchester City), Daley Blind, Jurrien Timber (both - Ajax), Denzel Dumfries, Stefan de Vrij (both - Inter), Matthijs de Ligt (Bayern), Tyrell Malacia (Manchester United), Jeremie Frimpong (Bayer).

Midfielders: Frenkie de Jong (Barcelona), Steven Berghuis, Kenneth Taylor (both AFC Ajax), Teun Koopmeiners, Marten de Roon (both Atalanta), Cody Gakpo, Xavi Simons (both PSV).

Forwards: Memphis Depay (Barcelona), Steven Bergwijn (Ajax), Vincent Janssen (Antwerp), Luuk de Jong (PSV), Noa Lang (Brugge),  Wout Weghorst (Besiktas).
 
In the group stage, the Netherlands national team will play against teams from Qatar, Ecuador and Senegal.
