Football fans out in full force in Dakar as AFCON champions Senegal arrived back in the country today.

In the capital of Senegal, Dakar, hundreds of thousands people welcomed their national football team, which won the Africa Cup of Nations for the first time.
In the final of this tournament held in Cameroon, Senegal had defeated Egypt on penalties. The regular and extra time of this match had ended in a goalless draw.
On the occasion of this victory, the Senegalese government had declared Monday a non-working day in the country.
