Bayern Munich won their 8th Bundesliga title in a row and 30th German championship overall.
On Tuesday, the club defeated Werder Bremen 1-0, Forbes reported.
"We are very happy that we are German champions again," forward Robert Lewandowski said. "It was not an easy season. We fought for this title for a long time. Our quality made the difference in the end."
Bayern Munich had 76 points, leaving behind Borussia Dortmund with 66 points.
