Mercedes racer Lewis Hamilton named the richest athlete in the UK with EUR 253 million, the Sunday Times reported.
Hamilton, 32, left behind David Beckham with 226 million pounds.
A golfer Rory McIlroy has also included in the list of the richest UK athletes with EUR 170 million.
The richest young athlete in the UK is Real Madrid midfielder Gareth Bale (EUR 114 million).
