The heads of sports departments in Spain discuss the timing of the resumption of the football season in the country.
By preliminary agreement, the season was supposed to resume on June 20 and end on July 26 so that the players would get a 2-week rest before the start of the next season.
Almost all Spanish teams have already resumed training.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in almost all European countries, the football season was suspended in mid-March.
