The Euro 2016 opening ceremony took place at Stade de France stadium of Paris Friday. The French and Romanian squads met at the opening match.
For the first time, 24 national teams will struggle for the title of a winner.
The main favorites of the European Championship are France, Germany and Spain.
The final match will take place on July 10.
