Armenian fighter beats Turkish opponent in Moscow

Armenian athlete Davit Vardanyan defeated Turkish Marat Hasanov in the Octagon Fighting Sensation-8 mixed martial arts (MMA) tournament, which was held in Moscow, reported r-sport.

As reported earlier, another Armenian athlete, Albert Kazaryan, had beaten Azerbaijani Ruslan Muratazov in the very first round of their bout in this competition.

Following his victory, Kazaryan had waved the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKRE/Artsakh) national flag, and dedicated his win to the Armenian soldiers and those servicemen at the frontline.
