Turkey national football squad and Borussia Dortmund (BVB; Germany) midfielder Nuri Şahin informed that he has learned to sing in different languages to congratulate his teammates.
Accordingly, Şahin also has learned to sing in Armenian, and in honor of Armenia international and Dortmund midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
“Whoever has a birthday [in the squad], the other players sing the birthday song. I know the birthday song in Greek, Armenian, Japanese,” Haberler.com website of Turkey quoted Şahin as saying.
