Armenia national football squad and Borussia Dortmund (BVB) midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan commented on his club’s triumph over Bayern Munich in Wednesday’s German Supercup final.
“I always try to show my best performance; this is important not only for the team, but also for me. I always want to help Dortmund as much as possible,” the club official website quoted the 25-year-old Armenia international as saying.
Borussia Dortmund defeated Bayern Munich 2-0 and became the six-time German Supercup winners. To note, Henrikh Mkhitaryan scored BVB’s first goal.
