COPENHAGEN. – After their defeat at home to Malta, Armenia will aspire to restore their reputation. They have a desire and Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who will cause many problems for the Danish defense.

Armenian national football team former manager, Danish specialist Jan Poulsen stated the aforesaid, NEWS.am Sport reports from the Danish capital, Copenhagen.

“[Armenian national squad and Ukraine’s FC Shakhtar Donetsk attacking midfielder] Henrikh [Mkhitaryan] is a fantastic player. He is able to read the game. Henrikh always chooses the right position. He has a rapid start and a wonderful ball control.

“Several years ago when Henrikh was 19 years old, I told him that he has talent and he can do anything, but he is getting lazy. I was telling [him] that he needs to work more, [and] to fight for the ball. I am glad that everything turned out [fine for him],” Poulsen noted, in particular.

As NEWS.am Sport informed earlier, the 2014 World Cup qualifier Group B match between Armenia and Denmark will be played on Tuesday, and the official kickoff is at 10:15pm, Armenia time. NEWS.am Sport, in assistance with the Vivaro bookmaking agency, is covering the event directly from Copenhagen.
