Lionel Messi, the star forward of reigning French Ligue 1 champions PSG and World Cup titleholders Argentina, netted his 700th goal at the club level.
In the 25th round of the Ligue 1, PSG are hosted by Marseille and are ahead 2-0 after the first half.
Messi, 35, has scored 672 goals for Barcelona and 28 goals so far for PSG. It took him 840 matches to reach this figure.
