The 2nd Summer Youth Olympic Games will be held from August 16 to 28 in Nanjing, China.
Armenia’s respective delegation left for China on Monday.
A total of 3,808 young athletes from 204 countries will compete for medals in 34 sports.
Armenia will be represented at the event with fourteen athletes who will compete in weightlifting, wrestling, gymnastics, shooting, swimming, diving, boxing, and judo.

Greco-Roman wrestling: Zaven Mikaelyan (58 kg)
Freestyle wrestling: Vahinak Matevosyan (54 kg), Sargis Hovsepyan (76 kg)
Boxing: Narek Manasyan (81 kg), Anush Grigoryan (51 kg)
Judo: Harutyun Dermishyan (66kg)
Artistic gymnastics: Vigen Khachatryan
Shooting: Hrachya Babayan, Zaven Igityan
Swimming: Vahan Mkhitaryan
Diving: Lev Sargsyan
