I would not want for my son to take up boxing – Arthur Abraham
14:47 10 May, 2012YEREVAN. – Former IBF Middleweight Champion Arthur Abraham, 32, is currently speaking with students from Yerevan State University (YSU).
Before his meeting, however, Abraham had an interview with NEWS.am Sport.
“It is interesting to speak with university students. I came to Armenia to [attend] the May 9 events devoted to the liberation of [the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic’s (NKR) City of] Shushi and held in [NKR capital] Stepanakert,” Abraham said.
The YSU students also asked Arthur Abraham personal questions. For example, when will he get married.
“I am not preparing to get married anytime soon. For me, the most beautiful and sincere girls are the Armenian girls. When you converse with your girlfriend in Armenian, it is worth everything.
I like seeing girls in sports, but not in boxing. For instance, I would not want for my wife to have anything to do with boxing. I would not want to take even my son to boxing,” Arthur Abraham said.
