MOSCOW. – FC Spartak Moscow on Thursday headed to Saransk city, where it will play a Russian Premier League football regular season match against FC Mordovia.

But Armenian national squad and Spartak forward Yura Movsisyan, who is recovering from an injury, remained in Moscow, Spartak official website informs.

As NEWS.am Sport informed earlier, Spartak team physician Mikhail Vardapetov had noted that the Armenian international’s injury could recur if he entered the pitch.

To note, Movsisyan, 25, had suffered a muscle injury during FC Spartak Moscow’s April 21 game against CSKA Moscow, and as a result he was substituted in the 50th minute into the match.
