Toulouse FC (France) forward Martin Braithwaite will not be of service for his Denmark national squad during their 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier opener against Armenia, informed the Danish Football Association website.
Reining England champions Leicester City F.C. and Denmark goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel, who was to undergo surgery on Monday, also was expected to miss out this match. The Danish Football Association, however, informed that Schmeichel will be in the Denmark team roster for this match.
The Denmark-Armenia clash is slated for September 4, in the Danish capital city of Copenhagen.
