Euro 2016: Iceland players and fans celebrate Round of 16 win in unique way

The Iceland national squad players celebrated in a unique way their sensational 2-1 win over England in their Round of 16 match at the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) Euro 2016, which France is hosting.

After the game, the Icelandic players approached their fans, which were very active throughout the match, and they together rejoiced over their victory.

Iceland, which have competed in the European Championship for the first time, have become the last quarterfinalists.

After this match, however, Roy Hodgson resigned as England manager.

Next, Iceland will face the host nation, France, in the quarterfinals.

The other quarterfinal fixtures are: Italy vs. Germany, Wales vs. Belgium, and Poland vs. Portugal.
The Euro 2016 quarterfinals will kick off on Thursday.
