CSKA Moscow Manager Leonid Slutsky has been appointed head coach the Russian national football squad.
Slutsky’s contract with the Football Union of Russia is expected to run until the end of the 2016 UEFA European Championship (Euro 2016) qualifying round.
During this time the Russian coach will train both CSKA Moscow and the Russian national squad.
And if Russia qualify for the Euro 2016 final round, the parties will negotiate whether to continue this collaboration.
