Prominent Russian figure skater Evgeni Plushenko was operated successfully, the athlete wrote on Twitter.
“Hello everyone! I was operated and I feel fine!!!! I love you all,” Plushenko wrote.
The Olympic figure skating champion of 2006 had a knee surgery in Munich. He will miss the world championship which will take place on March 25 in Nice.
