Eto’o will only move to Chelsea for £300,000-a-week

He spoke about the possible transfer of Cameroon international and Russia’s FC Anzhi Makhachkala striker Samuel Eto’o.

The 32-year-old player is ready to take a small pay cut in order to join London’s Chelsea this summer, but he will still demand at least £300,000-a-week, his agent has revealed.

To note, Eto’o receives an annual salary of €20 million at the Russian club.

“He will not leave Anzhi for less than £300,000-a-week,’ Metro quotes Terri as saying. 

That figure is likely to put off Chelsea, who have already been told by Anzhi that Eto’o would cost around £5 million on top of his giant wages.
