Oleksandr Petrakov, the Ukrainian manager of the Armenian national football team, commented on the result at the post-match press conference after losing to the Czech Republic 1-2 in their friendly match in Prague.
"We [i.e. Armenia] played, we lost, I don't know what else to say to you. [midfielder Eduard] Spertsyan had some problems, he could not play two halves. [Center-back Andre] Calisir had played four games in the midfield in the Swedish league; that's why he played in that position.
The boys listen during training, try to do the tasks; that is the positive [thing]. The negative [thing] is that in football there is only result. It is negative. It means that I worked negatively as a head coach," Petrakov said.
Armenia will play their next friendly match on June 4 in Ljubljana, where they will be hosted by Slovenia.
And on June 7, Armenia will play host to Kazakhstan.
