Milan clashed with Roma in Rome, and the hosts lost 1-2 in the eleventh round of the Italian Serie.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic, the 40-year-old Swedish star striker from the visitors, scored his 150th goal in Serie A and his 400th in the national leagues.
Armenian national team captain and midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan was among the Roma starters, but he was subbed off at half-time for the second game in a row.
Milan have again equaled the leaders Napoli, with 31 points, in the current Serie A standings, but are second on goal difference. Roma have 19 points and is fifth.
