YEREVAN. – Even though not too many no-holds-barred fighting competitions are being held in Armenia, it is a very popular sport in the country, Armfighting Federation President Hayk Ghukasyan said during a press conference on Friday.
He also informed that on Sunday capital Yerevan will be the venue for the Armfighting and K-1 fighting tournament, in which world-renowned Armenian and Georgian athletes will compete.
As per Ghukasyan, although only two countries will participate in this event, the latter is international, since the competitors are world champions and well-known athletes in this field of sports.
