Представитель Армении Гор Саакян завоевал золотую медаль на чемпионате Европы по тяжелой атлетике в Софии. 21-летний спортсмен стал двукратным чемпионом Европы.

Гор Саакян (67 кг) поднял в сумме двоеборья 311 кг.
