10-го ноября на чемпионате мира по самбо в Ереване были разыграны 7 комплектов медалей.

Представители Армении Саргис Варданян (79 кг), Арман Аванесян (98 кг) и Варсик Григорян (54 кг) завоевали бронзовые медали.
