Давид Хитарян избран временно исполняющим обязанности ректора Государственного института физической культуры и спорта Армении.

Единственным кандидатом на этот пост был судья международной категории, бывший вице-президент федерации дзюдо Армении Давид Хитарян. Он сменил Ваграма Аракеляна.
