Hrant Melkumyan is winner of Australia chess tournament

Armenian representative Hrant Melkumyan won the 57th O2C Doeberl Cup Premier chess tournament in Australia.

The Armenian grandmaster scored 7.5 points out of 9 possible and won first place.

53 chess players took part in the tournament.
