Arsenal midfielder Henrikh Mkhiaryan scored his first goal for Armenia’s national squad on March 28. 2009 – ten years ago.

Mkhitaryan’s first goal for the international team came during the 2010 World Cup qualifying match.

The midfielder’s debut for the national team dates back to January 14, 2007. He joined the team for a friendly against Panama (1-1).

Mkhitaryan performed in 82 matches and scored 27 goals.
