Armenian representatives' performance at Winter Universiade

On 8 March, Armenian mountain skiers competed in the 29th Winter Universiade taking place in Krasnoyarsk, Russia.

Ashot Karapetyan and Harutyun Harutyunyan performed in the giant slalom. Karapetyan, who participated in the 23rd Olympic Winter Games in PyeongChang, won 48th place with 2:10.66, while Harutyun Harutyunyan didn’t cross the finish line, reports the news service of the Armenian Olympic Committee.

On 11 March, Ashot Karapetyan and Harutyun Harutyunyan will also put their strengths to the test in slalom. Armenia has 5 representatives at the Winter Universiade.
