Turkey sacks national team head coach Mircea Lucescu

The Turkish Football Federation has sacked national team head coach Mircea Lucescu with immediate effect, Sky News reported.

The Turkish federation released a statement saying it had reached an agreement with 73-year-old Lucescu to mutually terminate his contract.
