Manchester United defender named Swedish player of year

Manchester United defender Victor Lindelöf recognized Swedish player of the year, sky sports reported.

Last year, Andreas Granqvist took the title last year, with Ibrahimovic who won the award in every season between 2007 and 2016.

"It means very much for me to stand here today and receive this prize. I am very proud and extremely grateful. I want to thank all my team-mates, in the club team and national team,” Victor Lindelof said.
